Commercial Refund
Is produced when the client desires to return any product without existing any type of incident. Once we have received it, we will proceed to deal with the refund.
The habitual procedure will be the following one:
We will contact with you to communicate you the acceptance of the refund, and the direction of delivery, that should indicate clearly in the packing. It should deliver us the product before THREE days since the date in which received it. (Out of that time limit none refund will be admitted). It will not be applicable to products unsealed, without its original packing, damaged.
Virtuallgallery.com will proceed to the reimbursement of the money once have received the product and verified that is in perfect conditions.
In this case the amount of the postage will be the duty of the client, so much that of the first delivery (that virtuallgallery.com will discount of the total amount of the refund) as the expense of the shipment after our stores, that will have to carry out the own client.
Faulty products or damaged
Is responsibility of the client to verify the good state of the work in the same moment of the delivery. In the hypothetical case that the work arrived in bad conditions please indicate it in the invoice delivered by the company of transportations and put in contact with us via e-mail.
The refund of the faulty products will be admitted and erroneous shipments, being Virtuallgallery.com who will take charge of the postage and handling provided that the client communicate this circumstance in the time limit of 3 counted days from the date of reception of the shipment. REFUNDS:
You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 3 days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied.
